Corporate Travel Analyst at BairesDev

As a Corporate Travel Analyst, you will support travel and mobility arrangements for our clients and employees, helping navigate diverse cultures, time zones, and regulations. Your day-to-day tasks will vary, ranging from supporting bookings to helping coordinate logistics and itineraries. You'll work with stakeholders across the company to build professional relationships.

What You'll Do:

- Help research, arrange, and coordinate travel, transportation, accommodation, and other related services.

- Support cost projections and expense report processes.

- Help analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for savings and efficiency.

- Support awareness of regulations, including passport and visa requirements across destinations.

- Help coordinate mobility processes, including flights, housing, and related arrangements.

- Support documentation of processes and contribute improvement ideas.

What we are looking for:

- Experience in travel, mobility, or logistics coordination.

- Good level of English.
