This role requires a seasoned executive with extensive experience in developing and executing growth strategies, fostering innovation, and leading cross-functional teams. The Vice President will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, cultivating strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth to achieve corporate objectives. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES: Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies aligned with organizational goals and market trends. Identify new business opportunities, evaluate market potential, and assess competitive landscape to drive sustainable growth. Business Development and Partnerships: Lead business development efforts to expand market share and revenue streams through strategic partnerships and alliances. Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, customers, and industry partners to drive collaboration and growth opportunities. Product and Service Innovation: Drive innovation initiatives to develop and launch new products, services, and solutions that meet evolving customer needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development, differentiation, and market positioning. Sales and Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition. Optimize sales channels, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to maximize market penetration and profitability. Organizational Leadership: Provide visionary leadership to the growth office team and cross-functional stakeholders. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability to drive organizational success. Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Establish KPIs and metrics to track progress against growth objectives. Monitor and analyze performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. Risk Management and Compliance: Assess and mitigate risks associated with growth initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate policies. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field, or equivalent military or practical experience. 10+ years of progressive experience in business development, strategic planning, and executive leadership roles. Demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market presence in a competitive environment. Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex, high-impact initiatives. Strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting, and forecasting. Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results in a dynamic environment. Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth organization and adapt to changing priorities and market conditions. Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence and inspire others at all levels of the organization. Ability to successfully pass a background check post offer acceptance. Compensation includes the posted base salary range and does not reflect potential commission, incentive, bonus, or other additional compensation opportunities, where applicable. Total compensation is determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, geographic location, and other job-related compensatory factors.
