About the role: Lead the delivery of accurate, market-aligned cost estimates across a portfolio of projects, while developing and managing estimating systems, tools, and data. Provide expert cost advice and assurance to support planning, decision-making, and consistent outcomes across the project lifecycle. Your Responsibilities: Lead, coach and manage a high-performing team of estimators Deliver accurate, timely cost estimates and pricing across all project phases Develop and maintain estimating systems, processes and benchmarking data Provide cost advice, optioneering and risk/contingency assessments to support decisions Drive continuous improvement through market analysis, post-project reviews and best practice To be successful in this role, you will bring : Extensive experience delivering project cost estimates across the full lifecycle of civil infrastructure projects Strong leadership capability, with experience managing and developing high-performing technical teams Advanced analytical, financial and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure Proven ability to develop systems, processes and standardised estimating frameworks Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder engagement skills, supported by relevant qualifications in engineering, quantity surveying or construction management You must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident at the time of submitting your application to be considered for this role.
