Your main tasks will be: Independently managing operational and analytical tasks from goal setting through to execution and result control; Analysing statistics, reports, and key partner performance metrics to identify cost optimization opportunities and areas for improvement; Developing and implementing cost optimisation strategies in collaboration with the team and cross-functional stakeholders; Supporting and managing partners in Bitrix CRM, including handling complex and non-standard requests; Contributing to the improvement of partner-related processes and tools (CRM, reporting, files, internal guidelines); Collaborating with internal teams to achieve shared goals related to efficiency and cost optimisation. We expect from you: English B2+, Russian C1+, Chinese B2+; Proficient in Google Suite, Excel, and general PC use; Strong teamwork, problem-solving, negotiation, critical thinking, and time management skill; Ability to find professional solutions across a range of situations.
