Delivering the Future of Construction Logistics Building the Platform for On-Demand Industrial Supply Delivery Curri is seeking an Assistant General Counsel to join its legal team as the second attorney and primary partner to the Chief Legal Officer. This is a broad, high-impact generalist role with real ownership across commercial, compliance, employment, regulatory, and strategic matters from day one. The Assistant General Counsel will design and implement AI-enabled legal workflows, manage commercial contracting processes, develop compliance programs, and serve as a trusted advisor to teams across the business. Reporting directly to the CLO, this role is central to shaping Curri’s legal function and supporting the company’s mission to transform last-mile logistics for construction and industrial supplies. The ideal candidate brings 4–9 years of experience in both law firm and/or in-house settings, a proven ability to operate across multiple legal domains, and hands-on experience building or operating AI-enabled legal workflows. Strong legal operations skills, clear communication with non-legal stakeholders, and a self-directed, ownership-oriented approach are essential.
