We're looking for 1 experienced Country Owner to join our fast-growing e-commerce team and take full ownership of everything customer-facing in the Spanish market.

Requirements

Native or near-native Spanish.

Excellent written and spoken English, all internal communication is in English.

Marketing experience, ideally in e-commerce or performance marketing.

Sharp eye for detail, able to catch pricing errors, translation issues, and tone mismatches others miss.

Comfortable working independently and reporting issues without waiting to be asked.

Available to start immediately.

What You'll Do

🔍 Review every ad and every page before and after launch, checking translation accuracy and local tone, not just grammar.

🌐 Audit the Spanish site regularly, catching pricing errors, wrong currency, legal mentions, and formality mismatches (tú/usted).

🚩 Flag customer signals from your market, reviews, comments on ads, complaints about delivery or refunds.

🗣️ Collect real customer language from Spanish Reddit, Facebook groups, forums, and reviews to feed our research process.

⚖️ Track Spanish advertising rules and consumer protection requirements, flagging any product claim that could create legal risk.

💬 Communicate daily in English with our creative, localization, and data teams.
