To strengthen commercial operations across the Hungarian market - focusing primarily on quarries, gravel pits, and surface infrastructure segments, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven professional to join the expanding Central & Eastern European network.

What awaits you:
As the dedicated Country Sales Representative operating from a home-office across Hungary, your core mission combines active business development with long-term strategic account management.
- Proactively identify and capture new market opportunities across the Hungarian aggregates and surface mining sector, driving direct sales.
- Build, nurture, and maintain long-term, high-value client partnerships with quarry owners, contractors, and processing plants.
- Prepare technical proposals, production calculations, and commercial offers, demonstrating long-term profitability, cost reductions, and operational efficiencies.
- Lead complex commercial negotiations, coordinate closely with internal technical and aftermarket support teams, and serve as the main client liaison.
- Participate in the sales of high-margin wear and spare parts and Life Cycle Service agreements.
- Monitor competitor movements and market dynamics across Hungary, reporting directly to regional leadership based in Vienna.
What we expect:
- Proven track record in B2B technical sales of heavy machinery (experience selling into quarry, mining, cement, recycling or heavy process industries is much preferred), with a demonstrated ability to balance hunting and farming.
- Strong technical background or formal education (Mechanical Engineering, Mining Engineering, Mineral Processing, Mechanization/Mechatronics, or Civil Engineering).
- Native or C2 Hungarian (essential for daily field operations and client negotiations) combined with professional working proficiency in English (B2/C1 required for internal communications and regional reporting; German is advantageous).
- Self-motivated, proactive, autonomous, and comfortable operating from a home-office environment with a hands-on field mentality and strong structured work ethic.
