What You'll Do: Advise key stakeholders through selection, transformation, implementation, and configuration of Coupa. Our consultants are hands-on involved in full-scale implementation, project management, change management, requirements and design, process improvement, chart of account redesign, testing, integration enablement support, oversee supplier enablement, and best practices Utilize a broad array of technical experience encompassing the full Coupa suite –Procurement, Payables, Expenses and Asset Management Contribute to developing and implementing firm-approved, AI-enabled solutions for clients, in accordance with company policies on data protection, intellectual property, and professional standards. Stay informed about emerging AI tools and techniques and collaborate with firm leadership to identify compliant opportunities to enhance client solutions and internal processes. Mentoring team members on career development, technical, and soft skills Contribute beyond client delivery , engaging in various activities such as recruiting, shadowing opportunities, marketing, business development, practice development, and operational improvement initiatives Implement performance improvement and cost-reduction initiatives to drive operational efficiencies What You'll Bring: 5+ years of consulting and/or relevant industry experience with functional/technical proficiency with implementation of at least one module within a financial system solution (i.e. Coupa, SAP, NetSuite, Ariba, etc.) Background in Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Sourcing, and/or Supply Chain Management Experience in designing and facilitating setup and configuration of one or more Coupa modules Experience with business process re-engineering, analysis and project management, accounting/business workflow, end-to-end solution design, and technical specification documentation using tools like Microsoft Visio and PowerPoint Ability to work with data to meet export/import requirements, demonstrating proficiency in data formatting and manipulation Ability to articulate and create design documentation for functional areas within sourcing, new vendors, procurement, AP, contracting and others Comfort with AI: Demonstrated ability to responsibly explore and adopt firm-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation. Continuous Learning Mindset: Openness to learning and applying emerging technologies including AI and automation in alignment with firm policies and client standards.
