Build and strengthen our network of freelance court reporters by identifying, engaging, and onboarding new partners. Plan and execute virtual and in-person events to increase court reporter awareness, foster engagement and community Track engagement and recruitment metrics to help inform team strategy Stay current on industry trends and best practices to support high-quality service delivery This role requires occasional travel to industry events, conferences, and networking functions, as well as virtual support for recruitment activities and reporter engagement initiatives You'll crush this role if you have 3+ years of experience in high-volume onboarding, project coordination, community engagement, or customer/client relations — ideally with a background in court reporting or legal services. We need someone who's genuinely self-directed: you see a problem in the inbox and you handle it; you don't wait to be told twice. You're comfortable working autonomously when the team is on the road, you pick up tools like Zendesk and Asana quickly, and you bring the kind of warm, professional presence that makes court reporters feel taken care of every step of the way.
