CPA / Enrolled Agent (EA) / Senior Tax Accountant / Tax Preparer – Seasonal Remote

Location: Remote (U.S.) Position Type: Seasonal (January–April 2027) Compensation: $40–$65 per hour, depending on experience and classification Schedule: 30+ hours per week during tax season Put Your Tax Experience to Work Elder Hanson & Company, Ltd., a CPA firm located in downtown Naperville, Illinois, is seeking an experienced CPA, Enrolled Agent (EA), Senior Tax Accountant, or Tax Preparer to join our team for the 2027 tax season . We welcome tax professionals with a public accounting background and seven or more years of experience who are seeking meaningful seasonal work , enjoy preparing complex tax returns, and value the flexibility of working remotely as part of a collaborative team .
