The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, architectural integrity, and quality of CPQ and Digital Commerce solutions (Conga CPQ, Salesforce, and Conga Digital Commerce) and their integrations delivered to the business. The role ensures that CPQ and eCommerce solutions provide the required functionality, support end‑to‑end sales processes (Lead‑to‑Order / Quote‑to‑Cash), and meet business and architectural standards. The Solution Architect collaborates closely with project teams and contributes to both project delivery and service operations optimization. The role is accountable for managing workstream interdependencies, particularly across sales, pricing, configuration, and order processes.
