We are currently searching for a CRA Compliance and Product Security Engineer: The Challenge (Responsibilities) Translate complex legislative requirements into actionable engineering and technical protocols. Lead cross-functional teams to ensure robust product security and regulatory alignment. Your Profile (Requirements) Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related field. 3+ years in product security management, compliance, or secure software engineering. Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of the European Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) and its relationship to other frameworks like the NIS 2 Directive. Technical Acumen: Familiarity with hardware/software architecture, vulnerability tracking (CVEs), and secure erase or cryptography functions. High-Performance Mindset: Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a focus on agile delivery. Technologist DNA : A deep understanding of the difference between "coding" and "engineering." Desired Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or recognized CRA-trained professional certifications (e.g., CybResActTPro) are highly desirable.
