This temporary position supports our peak season by accurately entering information into various systems, ensuring data quality and the integrity of our information.
Assignment Details:
• Up to 5-month assignment – Full time hours
• Hours are typical 8-5 M-F Eastern Time
• Possible overtime hours required
Responsibilities:
Accurately enter and update information in multiple systems
Verify data for completeness, consistency, and quality
Identify and resolve data discrepancies or escalate issues as appropriate
Process large volumes of information while meeting productivity and accuracy expectations
Maintain the confidentiality and integrity of company and customer information
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of seasonal workloads
Work on projects as assigned
Required Qualifications:
HS Diploma or GED equivalent
2 or more years administrative or clerical work
Proficient data entry skills
Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word and Excel is preferred.
The annual hourly wage for this position is $22.00.
