Creatio System Analyst

The team builds solutions on Creatio, a no‑code platform for sales, service, and workflow automation, and develops marketplace products such as Kanban View, Project Management, Whiteboard, and Real Estate used by companies worldwide. Role Description The Creatio System Analyst is a full-time remote role responsible for analyzing business processes and translating them into effective Creatio-based solutions. Day-to-day activities include gathering and documenting requirements, configuring and optimizing Creatio CRM and workflow modules, and supporting the design of automation scenarios for sales, service, and operations. The role involves collaborating closely with clients and internal teams to prototype and demonstrate solutions using real business data, preparing system specifications, and validating implementations against business needs. The analyst will also perform system testing, create user documentation, support user training, and provide ongoing functional support and incident analysis. Participation in continuous improvement initiatives, product enhancement discussions, and knowledge sharing across projects is expected.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation, with the ability to translate business needs into system configurations.
• Experience with CRM systems and workflow automation platforms; hands-on familiarity with Creatio or similar no‑code/low‑code tools is highly desirable.
• Competence in system configuration, data modeling, and integration concepts, including working with fields, objects, workflows, and permissions.
• Solid understanding of testing methodologies, including writing test cases, validating configurations, and managing issues through to resolution.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with stakeholders, facilitating workshops, and supporting user training and adoption.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple projects or tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic setting.
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a focus on process optimization and measurable business outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in consulting or implementing CRM/automation solutions across multiple industries is a plus; English proficiency suitable for client communication is beneficial.
