Are you a talented creative generalist who knows what makes digital e-commerce content convert? We are looking for a hands-on Creative Associate to produce high-impact visual assets across photo, video, and digital design.

About The Role

As a Creative Associate, you will support our Creative Director and Marketing Manager in bringing visual projects from concept to polished completion. You will generate high-quality assets for paid ads, social media, email campaigns, product launches, and our website. This is an ideal role for an independent self-starter who understands modern DTC visual media and delivers finished work with minimal hand-holding.

Key Responsibilities

Photo Editing & E-Commerce Imagery

• Retouch, color-correct, crop, and clean up product and lifestyle photography for digital channels.
• Transform raw photography into polished, conversion-focused e-commerce assets while maintaining brand consistency.
  
  

Video Editing

• Edit engaging, short-form video content for social media, paid ads, and campaign launches using existing footage.
• Add transitions, text, graphics, and music, adapting content across multiple dimensions and digital formats.
  
  

Digital & Marketing Design

• Produce eye-catching visual assets for email marketing, web banners, and promotional campaigns.
• Develop basic UI mockups, visual concepts, and creative ad variations to drive performance.
  
  

Creative Collaboration

• Translate creative briefs and leadership feedback into polished deliverables quickly and accurately.
• Manage multiple project timelines, maintain organized files, and proactively contribute fresh ideas to the marketing team.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, e-commerce content creation, or digital production.
• Proven experience in both photo retouching and short-form video editing for digital marketing platforms.
• Strong understanding of digital advertising, social media, email, and web design in a DTC or agency environment.
• Sharp visual judgment, high attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
