Job Description This is a remote position. About the Role TeamFicient is a dynamic organization passionate about creativity and visual storytelling. We're looking for a talented Creative Designer to bring our ideas to life through compelling visual content across digital and print platforms. If you have an eye for design, a strong grasp of brand identity, and love seeing your work make an impact, this role is for you. The Creative Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling content across digital platforms, including social media, websites, email campaigns, presentations, advertisements, and marketing materials. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and enhance creative output. Core Responsibilities Brand and Visual Design Design social media graphics, ad creatives, marketing materials, presentations, brochures, flyers, and digital assets. Create and maintain brand identity elements, including logos, typography, color palettes, and brand guidelines. Develop visually engaging content aligned with marketing objectives and brand standards. Create infographics, email graphics, website banners, and promotional materials. Video Editing & Motion Graphics Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media, marketing campaigns, and company communications. Create motion graphics, animations, captions, transitions, and visual effects. Optimize content for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and websites. Repurpose content into multiple formats for various marketing channels. AI Content Creation Utilize AI tools to improve creative workflows and content production. Generate concepts, graphics, mockups, video enhancements, and content variations using AI technology. Stay up to date with emerging AI design and video tools. Ensure all AI-assisted content meets quality and brand standards. AI Content Creation Work closely with marketing, content, and leadership teams. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas. Maintain organized files and project documentation. Candidate Qualifications Must-Haves Minimum 2 years of professional experience in graphic design, multimedia design, or content creation. Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and video editing work. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and similar) Excellent communication and time-management skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Proven experience using AI tools (such as Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, or specialized AI video/audio editors) to enhance and accelerate the creative process Good to Haves Experience with design tools such as Figma, Canva, Capcut, Wordpress, Adobe Express and Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS or motion graphics Proficiency in AI-powered creative tools for graphic design, content creation, image generation, and video production (e.g., ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Canva AI, Runway, Kling, Sora, and similar platforms) Experience with social media content creation and content strategy Copywriting and written content development skills Motion graphics and animation expertise Understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices
