Location: Fully Remote within the U.S. | Periodic Travel Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: $130,000–$160,000 annually, depending on experience Reports To: Owner Position Overview Tricer is looking for an experienced Creative Director who knows how to turn strong ideas into consistent, high-quality content-and build the systems and team needed to keep it moving. This role will lead two important content pipelines: long-form hunt films and high-volume advertising, video, graphic design, and social media content. The Creative Director will oversee approximately 20–40 short-form assets each month while keeping approximately 24 hunt films moving from production through release. This is not primarily a hands-on graphic designer or video editor position. We need a strategic creative leader and project manager who can provide clear direction, manage competing priorities, and help talented creative professionals consistently deliver their best work. Key Responsibilities Lead the production of advertisements, graphic design, photography, short-form video, social media content, and long-form hunt films. Provide clear creative and art direction to graphic designers, video editors, filmmakers, photographers, and contractors. Manage a bench of 6–7 or more contract editors and creative professionals. Maintain one centralized production calendar for film, advertising, and social media deliverables. Develop clear briefs, workflows, templates, brand standards, and digital asset libraries. Coordinate field production, crews, equipment, travel, and filming schedules around hunting seasons. Partner with marketing to understand what is working and adjust creative direction based on performance. Manage production budgets for contractors, software, equipment, travel, and licensing. Review and approve final content to ensure quality, brand consistency, and authenticity. Identify risks early, address delays, and keep both content pipelines moving. AI and Creative Technology Actively use AI and modern creative technology to improve production, efficiency, and output. Implement tools for editing, transcription, clipping, captioning, vertical reframing, audio cleanup, upscaling, asset management, and creative variations. Document workflows and train employees and contractors to use new tools consistently. Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, DaVinci Resolve, Descript, Topaz, Runway, or comparable platforms is strongly preferred. Use AI to support production-not fabricate hunts or misrepresent field experiences. Qualifications Five or more years of experience as a Creative Director, Creative Manager, Art Director, Creative Project Manager, or similar creative-production leader. Experience managing both long-form video and high-volume advertising, short-form, or social media content. Proven success leading at least five freelance or contract creative professionals. Strong understanding of video production, graphic design, post-production workflows, digital asset management, and approval processes. Demonstrated experience using AI, automation, or modern creative software to increase production. Strong project-management, budget-management, leadership, and written communication skills. Ability to use marketing-performance data to guide creative decisions. Experience with an outdoor, hunting, fishing, photography, action-sports, creative agency, or production-company brand is preferred. Familiarity with hunting and the outdoor industry-or a genuine willingness to quickly learn the audience and culture. Willingness to travel periodically for shoots, hunts, and team meetings. #CreativeDirector #CreativeLeadership #CreativeProjectManager #ContentProduction #VideoProduction #OutdoorIndustry #RemoteJobs
