That’s why, we’re looking for an experienced Creative Marketing Specialist/Lead to join our team of superstars transforming the EdTech industry. This job is perfect for you if you want to: Build a creative engine from scratch: Establish robust workflows and processes for creative production, from initial brainstorming to final analysis. Lead and mentor: Guide a talented team fostering a culture of innovation and data-driven creativity. Connect art with performance: Translate business goals and hard metrics into outstanding, high-converting visual narratives on a global scale. What will you do: Drive Creative Strategy: Develop and execute the global creative strategy for user acquisition (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads) and product onboarding. Lead Production Pipeline: Oversee the end-to-end creative cycle, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of video, static, and interactive assets. Manage & Mentor: Lead, inspire, and grow the creative team; build and manage an external network of UGC creators, designers, and agencies. Establish Testing Frameworks: Design a systematic approach to creative testing (A/B testing, hook variations, narrative shifts) and bu ild a structured knowledge base of learnings. Analyze & Iterate: Partner with the UA and Analytics teams to deep-dive into creative performance metrics, translating data into actionable scaling strategies. Align Branding & Performance: Ensure all marketing creatives align with the product’s core positioning and long-term vision while maintaining high conversion rates. What do you need to join us: 3+ years of experience in performance-driven creative roles (Creative Lead, Senior Creative Producer, Art Director, or similar). Proven track record of creating high-converting ad creatives for mobile apps or web products, preferably in Tier-1 markets. Leadership experience: Demonstrated ability to manage, mentor, and scale a creative team or coordinate a network of freelancers/agencies. Data-driven mindset: Strong understanding of performance metrics (ROAS, CTR, conversion rate, retention) and experience utilizing them to guide creative decisions. Strong project management skills: Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, rapid-testing environment. English level B2 or higher (effective written and verbal communication).
