🎯 THE ROLE
You will:
· Develop creative concepts and treatments for video projects
· Shape scripts, storylines, references, moodboards, and visual direction
· Guide designers, editors, animators, and producers with clear creative feedback
· Set the standard for polished, premium, client-ready creative work
· Partner with producers and project teams to improve creative quality, not just execution
✅ WHO THIS IS FOR
You must have:
· 2–5 years of experience in video, content, design, or creative production
· The ability to give clear creative direction, feedback, and treatment advice
