Creative Marketing Designer

Currently, we are looking for an experienced Creative Marketing Designer to join us on a full-time basis remotely. The ideal candidate has a strong design foundation and can move seamlessly between static creative, video editing, motion, and AI-generated content.

You're a designer first, with a strong eye for visual storytelling and equally strong hands-on video editing skills. You're comfortable moving between static design, short-form video, and motion, creating work that captures attention and drives action. You'll own both design and video creative across our paid social channels, working closely with our creative strategist and marketing team.

Our client is a serial entrepreneur building a fast-growing DTC digital health platform serving the U.S. market. Small team, strong execution, no fluff.

What You'll Do

• Design static and video creatives for paid social
• Create UGC, testimonial, product, motion, and AI-generated content
• Turn marketing concepts into clear, compelling visual stories
• Use motion, typography, subtitles, and animation to improve creative impact
• Use AI image and video generation tools in your creative workflow
• Analyze performance and iterate quickly based on results
• Collaborate with the creative strategist and marketing team on concepts and tests
• Maintain visual consistency across formats and platforms
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  
  

Who We're Looking For

• 5+ years of professional creative experience with a strong design background, ideally in DTC, e-commerce, consumer, or performance marketing
• Strong design fundamentals, including typography, composition, hierarchy, and visual storytelling
• Portfolio showcasing strong static and video content for paid social, including short-form editing, motion, and animation skills
• Strong image-making skills, including the ability to create and source visual assets using AI image and video generation tools
• Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects
• Ability to work quickly, iterate, and develop multiple creative directions
• Strong English communication skills and an understanding of U.S. marketing
• DTC, health, wellness, or subscription experience is a plus
