Creative Performance Strategist *Remote* — Latin America Preferred

Dance With Me Studios is one of the fastest-growing dance and lifestyle brands in the U.S. — and we’re looking for a Creative Performance Strategist who understands how to build content people actually care about, ads that stop the scroll, and a brand that feels premium, modern, and culturally relevant.

This role sits at the intersection of creative direction, social growth, and performance marketing.

What You’ll Own

• Develop and lead creative strategy across Meta, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, with a strong understanding of what performs in lifestyle, dance, fitness, and wellness content

• Drive organic social growth with a long-term audience-building mindset

• Concept high-performing paid ad creatives from hook to CTA, with a strong instinct for what captures attention and converts

• Write sharp, detailed creative briefs for editors, videographers, and on-camera talent

• Manage and creatively direct our in-house editor to ensure content stays on-brand, high-quality, and delivered consistently

• Analyze paid and organic performance data to identify winning formats, improve weak performers, and iterate quickly

• Stay ahead of trends, editing styles, hooks, sounds, and platform behavior before formats become oversaturated

• Work directly with studio teams, instructors, and talent to capture authentic moments and compelling stories

• Build and manage a multi-platform content calendar balancing reactive content with long-term brand building

You’re a Strong Fit If

• You genuinely understand internet culture, attention, and what makes content spread

• You’ve grown social channels significantly — or can clearly articulate exactly how you would

• You have examples of strong organic content or paid creatives

• You have strong visual taste and copy instincts

• You’re comfortable leading creative execution and giving clear direction

• You naturally think in hooks, pacing, storytelling, positioning, and audience psychology

This is not a coordinator role.

You’ll have real creative ownership, a small team to help execute, and the ability to shape the creative direction of a rapidly growing national brand.

Compensation

• Part-time or Full-time

• $1,500–$2,000/month depending on experience and skill level
