CREATIVE PRODUCER / ACCOUNT MANAGER FREELANCE / CONTRACT | R38,767 PER MONTH (PRO RATA) | Anytime from 17 August to 31st August– 30 November 2026

Job Description This is a remote position. We're looking for an experienced Creative Producer / Account Manager to join our team from Monday 17 August through to the end of November, working on a major global whiskey brand. This is a hybrid role sitting across creative production and account management, supporting our Founder and Client Partner, who leads the client relationship. While strong client management skills are important, extensive production experience is essential. The Role You'll help keep a busy global account moving, taking responsibility for the detail and day-to-day delivery of projects from initial brief through to final delivery. You'll be comfortable working across pre-production, production and post-production, coordinating multiple partners, deliverables and deadlines. Responsibilities will include: Managing projects from briefing and creative development through pre-production, shoot, post-production and final delivery. Coordinating production partners, directors, photographers, editors, post-production houses and other external suppliers. Managing timelines, budgets, scopes, deliverables and approvals. Supporting the Founder and Client Partner across the day-to-day running of the account. Managing client communications, meetings, status updates and follow-ups where required. Keeping projects organised and ensuring nothing gets missed. Anticipating problems, dependencies and next steps before they become issues. Taking ownership of actions and driving them forward without needing to be asked. Maintaining an exceptionally high standard of written communication, presentations and client-facing materials. Requirements Who We're Looking For The most important thing is that you have significant experience delivering creative production for global brands and clients. You'll ideally have worked within a creative agency, production company or similar environment and understand how large, multi-market campaigns actually get made. You are: Proactive – you see what needs doing and do it. Tenacious – you chase things down and keep projects moving. Highly organised – comfortable managing lots of moving parts simultaneously. Detail obsessed – you spot mistakes and inconsistencies before anyone else does. Experienced in production – with a strong understanding of pre-production, shoots, post-production, asset delivery and production processes. Comfortable with senior clients – confident, professional and solutions-focused. An excellent communicator – with strong spoken and written English, spelling and grammar. Calm under pressure – able to solve problems quickly and effectively. Independent – you don't wait for instructions when the next step is obvious. Above all, we need someone who takes ownership.
