WE ARE HIRING: Creative Services Project Manager Location: Sri Lanka Employment Type: Full time Work Arrangement: Remote Working Hours: USA hours with flexibility required Company Industry: Apparel Sourcing, Design and Manufacturing Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and highly organized Creative Services Project Manager to manage creative and marketing-related projects from initial briefing through final delivery. The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating with clients, internal teams, designers, copywriters, and creative professionals to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the required quality standards. This role requires strong project management ability, attention to detail, creativity, communication skills, and flexibility to work remotely during USA hours. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of creative projects from initial briefing to final delivery. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables. Develop, maintain, and track project schedules to ensure timely delivery of all creative outputs. Coordinate with designers, copywriters, marketing teams, production teams, and other creative professionals. Ensure all team members are aligned on project goals, timelines, quality expectations, and client requirements. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Identify potential project risks, delays, or resource challenges and implement suitable mitigation plans. Facilitate clear communication between clients, creative teams, and internal stakeholders. Review creative outputs to ensure they meet quality standards, brand requirements, and client expectations. Support the optimization of creative workflows, project processes, and internal coordination methods. Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Ensure deadlines are met in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment. Maintain project documentation, briefs, timelines, approvals, feedback records, and delivery status updates. Coordinate revisions, approvals, and final handovers in an organized and timely manner. Build strong working relationships with clients, team members, and cross-functional stakeholders. Support strategic creative initiatives and high-impact business projects when required. Work remotely during USA business hours and remain flexible with working hours based on project needs. Perform any other project coordination or creative operations duties assigned by management. Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management , or a related field. Proven experience in project management within a creative, marketing, design, advertising, apparel, or related business environment. Strong understanding of creative processes, project workflows, and client-service expectations. Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, stakeholders, and deliverables simultaneously. Excellent organizational, planning, and time-management skills. Proficiency in project management software and collaboration tools. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to build effective relationships with clients, creative teams, and internal stakeholders. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Leadership skills with the ability to motivate, guide, and coordinate creative teams. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage project risks effectively. Creative mindset with a passion for improving processes and supporting business growth. Ability to work independently in a remote working environment. Flexibility to work according to USA hours when required. Professional, proactive, accountable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
