About Us:
We are a performance creative agency built around quality, not volume. We would rather ship one concept that scales than forty that fill a spreadsheet.
We work with US telehealth brands across:
- GLP-1 weight loss
- ED
- Testosterone
- Hair loss
- Birth control
- Hormone therapy
- Anti-aging
- Peptides
Our output is a mix of fully AI-generated content and live production shot with our own team and talent.
Compensation
- $2,000 to $3,000+ USD(120K-180K+php) per month depending on experience. Full-time, remote.
About the role:
You own the front half of the creative pipeline. Research, angles, concepts, scripts, and the briefs that production and editing run from. You decide what the ad should be, then write everything needed to make it. SPECIFICALLY FOR META ADS
What makes this role different is the philosophy behind it.
Most direct response creative is built by looking at other direct response creative, which is why so much of it looks the same. We work the other way around. We take video formats that are already winning in organic, where nobody is being paid to watch and attention has to be earned outright, and we pair them with angles pulled from real research into what the audience believes and refuses to believe. The format comes from organic. The argument comes from research. That combination is what we put paid spend behind.
So the person we want has two halves to them.
One half is the analyst. You live in Meta Ads Library, Foreplay and Atria. You can look at a category, see what has been running longest, work out why, and identify the angle nobody has tried yet. You have done this in DTC.
The other half is the creator. You have made organic content yourself and had it work. You know what makes someone stop scrolling when there is no media budget forcing the impression, because you have had to earn it. You can build a winning concept from nothing rather than iterating on someone else's.
Most candidates have one of these. We need both in the same person, and we want the ideas that come out of it to be aggressive. Angles that go straight at the objection rather than around it. Formats that do not announce themselves as ads. Concepts nobody briefed you on.
Responsibilities
Research and insight
- Pull competitor ads and transcripts across the category and identify what is already saturated
- Mine reviews, forums, comment sections and support tickets for the language customers actually use
- Track what is working in organic short-form and identify which formats transfer to paid
- Map audience archetypes, awareness stages, and the specific objection blocking the purchase
Concept and angle development
- Develop net-new direct response concepts for Meta and TikTok across all categories
- Build hooks, angles and messaging frameworks off documented insight, not instinct
- Keep generating new concepts while iterating harder on proven winners
- Bring ideas nobody asked you for
Copy and creative
- Write direct response video scripts for US audiences in natural spoken English
- Write the words yourself. We use AI heavily as a production lane, but not to write what comes out of a person's mouth. A script that was generated rather than written is obvious the moment it is read aloud, and it is obvious to the viewer too
- Write scripts that survive being spoken. Plain speech, varied sentence length, the way someone would actually say it standing in a kitchen. No stacked triples, no clever constructions, no phrasing nobody uses out loud
- Write hook variants, re-hooks on winners, and static ad copy
- Apply conversion logic consistently across UGC, direct-address and static formats
This is the other reason organic experience matters to us. People who have made their own content have already learned that written-register copy dies on camera, because they have watched it happen to their own videos.
Briefing
- Write production briefs a shoot crew or an AI generation lane can execute from
- Write editor briefs and post briefs tight enough that the cut comes back right the first time
- Guide talent and editors on tone, structure, pacing and objection handling
Iteration
- Review winners and losers, document the pattern, and feed it back into the next round
- Build structured variations off validated concepts
What this role is not
We are explicit about this because it is the reason the job is good.
You will not do client acquisition, client communication, account management, status calls, production logistics, casting, scheduling, editing, or our own agency marketing. You never talk to a client. You never manage a shoot.
Somebody else absorbs all of it so you can spend your day on research and ideas. If you have been a strategist somewhere that also made you run the account, you know what that costs you.
What we are looking for
Must have
- 3+ years in creative strategy or performance creative
- Scripts, hooks or concepts you have written that have run on Meta with real spend behind them
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Library, Foreplay, Atria or equivalent ad intelligence tools
- Strong direct response copywriting across video and static, written by you. You can use AI to research, organise and pressure-test. You do not use it to write the script
- Working understanding of awareness stages, objection handling, and what moves cold traffic
- Native-level written English, and the ability to communicate clearly in it. Our scripts are performed out loud by American talent, so written-register copy does not survive contact with a camera. Your briefs also have to be read and executed by people you will not be on a call with
- Deep fluency in US and Western culture. You know how Americans actually talk, what they find funny, what they find suspicious, and what reads as an ad to them the second it starts
- Chronically online. You are already across what is happening on TikTok, Reddit and Instagram this week, not last quarter. You know which formats are peaking, which are already dead, and which joke everyone is going to be making by Friday
- Comfortable working from data as well as instinct. You can read hook rate, hold rate, CTR and CPA, find the pattern behind a winner, and let the numbers overrule your taste when they disagree with it
Nice to have
- Organic content experience with results you can point to
- Health, telehealth, supplements, pharma or any regulated DTC category
- Experience with AI video and image generation as a production lane
- Overlap with US business hours. Schedule is flexible, we care about output
Instant no
- You need a brief before you can start working
- Your portfolio is brand films, sizzle reels or client-approved concepts you did not originate
- You want to spend two weeks polishing one campaign
- You are uncomfortable that most ads fail before one wins
- You are uncomfortable with the categories. You will write about erectile dysfunction, weight loss drugs, hormone therapy and birth control in clinical detail every day
- You are balancing other clients or another job
What success looks like
- A steady flow of concepts that survive our compliance review and still feel dangerous
- Briefs that come back correct without a second round
- Winners the media buyer can scale, and a documented reason why they won
