Creative Strategist (B2C Lead Generation) For a USA Client - Remote

We’re looking for a Creative Strategist across all of Latin America to own creative development for our client's B2C performance marketing campaigns. The focus is on direct-response ads that drive inbound leads and calls. This is a hands-on role—you’ll write, direct, and iterate fast based on what the data tells you. Key Responsibilities Write scripts for video ads across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and CTV with a direct-response focus Develop shot lists and provide creative direction during production to ensure execution matches strategy Build creative concepts specifically for lead generation and call-driven campaigns Work with media buyers to review performance metrics and pivot creative based on what’s working Monitor competitor creatives and trends to keep our approach fresh Use AI tools to speed up scripting, iteration, and testing where applicable B2C experience in a Creative Strategist or similar role focused on lead generation Strong track record in direct-response / performance marketing Proven script writing and creative direction skills Comfortable reading performance data and translating it into creative decisions Portfolio showing ads that drove measurable lead or call volume (metrics preferred) AI tool experience is a plus (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, etc.) USD Salary.
