Creative Studio Lead

We're looking for a Creative Studio Lead to own the creative engine behind Sports Social — the content layer that stops the scroll, builds cultural relevance, and keeps fans coming back across Kayo and Fox Sports. This is a hands-on creative leadership role. You'll set the vision and quality bar for the Creative Studio, lead and develop a team of Creative Producers, and personally stay on the tools — owning specific Fox Sports codes and shipping Hero and Hub content alongside your team. You'll also play a key role in building out Foxtel's in-house Brand Studio, and occasionally support the Binge entertainment team. Key Responsibilities Creative Studio Leadership Set and maintain the creative vision and quality standard for Hero/Hub content across Kayo and Fox Sports Lead, manage and develop a team of Creative Producers Build the Studio's operating rhythm and a scalable format library Recruit and flex creative talent (including casuals) around the sporting calendar Kayo Sports Lead concept development and production for Kayo Hero campaigns and evolve weekly Hub formats Integrate subscription, broadcast and programming messaging so it feels native and audience-first Collaborate with the creator team to extend reach and align with acquisition/retention goals Fox Sports — Including Personal Code Ownership Direct Creative Producers embedded in each Code Pod (Footy, League, Cricket, Motorsport) Personally own one or more codes — on the tools daily creating Hero/Hub content Lead talent shoot planning and identify broadcast crossover opportunities Brand Studio Help build Foxtel's in-house Brand Studio, translating brand briefs into creative social output Work with the creator team to match talent to briefs, ensuring content feels native, not like an ad Hold Brand Studio output to the same quality bar as Hero/Hub content Cross-Brand Coordination Maintain a unified production schedule and resource plan across Kayo and Fox Sports Build relationships with talent and manage creator/production partner strategy Support Binge activity as needed without compromising core delivery Provide clear visibility of pipeline, resourcing and risks to leadership About your experience Camera & editing craft: confident shooting on phone and pro camera/gimbal rigs; hands-on with Premiere Pro, CapCut and/or Adobe Creative Suite Production planning: proven experience running shoots end-to-end — logistics, crew, access, delivery Platform fluency: deep, current knowledge of native content conventions on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook and X Trend literacy: a finger on the pulse of current formats, sounds and memes, with the judgement to adapt them for sport/entertainment audiences Creative direction: strong scripting, storyboarding and concept development; skilled at designing repeatable, scalable formats Talent direction: experience directing on-camera talent, presenters and creators Data-informed approach: comfortable using performance metrics to refine content over time People leadership: proven track record managing and developing creative talent, balancing hands-on production with leadership Life at Foxtel Group A career with us means working across one or more of our brands including Foxtel, Kayo Sports, BINGE, Fox Sports and Foxtel Media.
