Creator & Affiliate Manager (Influencer Marketing Manager)

Job Description This is a remote position. A Creator & Affiliate Manager to Seed Products, Find the Unicorns, and Scale Our Revenue End-to-End TL;DR (because attention spans are real): We're looking for a Creator & Affiliate Manager to own Manta's affiliate network end-to-end; from social commerce to maintaining our traditional affiliate program. You'll focus primarily on TikTok Shop, with some reach into Instagram and YouTube Shopping. The playbook is simple: seed product to a ton of creators, find the 5-10 goldmine ones who end up driving most of the revenue, and get their best content flowing straight into our paid ads. Proficiency in English as a first language is essential for this role. Time zone: Full-time within Asia, Europe or South Africa (GMT0 - GMT+8) Salary: Negotiable Trial Period: All candidates will complete a paid trial assignment - more details below. ✔️ WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Creator & Affiliate Network Ownership Own and grow Manta's creator affiliate network, mainly on TikTok Shop, with a growing presence on Instagram and YouTube Shopping Find and sign up new creators and affiliate partners, and keep the ones already working with us Seed products to a large number of creators, then focus your energy on the small group who actually drive results Build relationships with your top creators over time - regular contact, offers, tips on what content is working Take over VIP creator relationships from another team member as things ramp up TikTok Shop Drive revenue through TikTok Shop affiliate partnerships against clear GMV and ROI targets Manage GMV ad campaigns tied to affiliate content (this part is simple - the real work is making sure great content is going into them) Work closely with our TikTok/social lead - they'll keep owning TikTok as a social channel day-to-day, but you'll increasingly have a say in how the affiliate side of TikTok runs Traditional Affiliate Program Keep our existing affiliate program (run through an external network) healthy and growing modestly - this should only take about half a day to a day a week Make sure partners are aware of sales, promotions, and anything else they need to know Look for ways to get more value out of existing partner relationships Creative Output Get creator content flowing regularly for both organic posting and paid ads Work with our creative/ads team to brief creators on what kind of content we need (for example, pushing into a new audience or campaign) Long term, help us rely less on paid content agencies by getting enough good creator content directly from this program Seeding & Metrics Own our seeding program - deciding who gets product, tracking spend, and measuring what's working Own the EMV (Earned Media Value) metric and report on it regularly Your core KPIs: affiliate program growth and revenue, seeding efficiency, and EMV Requirements ✔️ WHO WE ACTUALLY NEED (and who we don’t) This is not for someone who: Wants a side hustle or is juggling freelance work. Is looking for a traditional, awareness-only influencer marketing role. Focuses only on managing agencies or theoretical strategies rather than rolling up their sleeves and doing hands-on outreach. Needs step-by-step direction instead of proactively hunting down partnerships and driving revenue. This is for someone who: Has 2-4 years of experience in creator partnerships, affiliate marketing, or social commerce - ideally on the brand side, not agency side Has hands-on TikTok Shop experience Understands social affiliate (not just traditional affiliate, and not just influencer marketing) Is commercially minded - you think in terms of revenue, GMV, and ROI, not just reach and vibes Is on top of trends and knows how to spot which creators are worth investing in Is a strong relationship builder who creators genuinely want to work with Is a self-starter - comfortable figuring things out and building the system as you go Has the potential (and desire) to grow into leading a bigger team down the line Benefits We used to list all our benefits right here, but honestly, our spreadsheet of perks, values and beliefs got a little too long for a job description.
