Creator Coordinator

We're looking for a highly organized, people-oriented Creator Coordinator to help build and manage our growing network of content creators. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communicating with people, managing multiple moving pieces, and keeping projects on track in a fast-paced environment. You'll partner closely with our UGC Strategists to source creators who match specific campaign needs, coordinate onboarding, manage ongoing communication, and ensure creator projects move smoothly from outreach through payment. This is less of a traditional influencer marketing role and more of a relationship management and project coordination role with a strong focus on creator sourcing and operations. What You’ll Do Source creators across TikTok, Instagram, and other social platforms that align with specific client briefs and target audiences. Conduct high-volume outreach through email, DMs, and creator sourcing platforms to build and grow our creator network. Evaluate creators against campaign requirements and present qualified recommendations to internal stakeholders. Guide creators through onboarding, contracts, project expectations, and campaign timelines. Coordinate multiple creator projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines, deliverables, and quality standards are met. Maintain clear, professional communication with creators throughout the entire campaign lifecycle. Track creator contracts, invoices, payments, and project progress. Keep project management systems and creator databases organized and up to date. Build long-term relationships with creators to develop a reliable network for future campaigns. Collaborate closely with UGC Strategists to quickly identify and source creators for new client campaigns. Continuously improve internal workflows and documentation as our creator program scales. 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, account management, recruiting, customer success, creator partnerships, influencer marketing, or similar relationship-focused roles. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple conversations, deadlines, and projects simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Comfortable performing high-volume outreach and building relationships with new people. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes. Naturally proactive and resourceful when solving problems. Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment. Able to quickly understand campaign briefs and identify creators that match specific audiences and content styles. Tech-savvy and quick to learn new software platforms. Nice to Have Experience coordinating influencers or creators. Experience in recruiting, talent sourcing, or outbound sales. Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and UGC marketing. Experience using ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, Trello, or similar project management tools. Experience using CRMs or creator databases such as IMAI, Trend, or similar sourcing platforms. Experience managing contracts, invoices, or vendor payments. Salary: $1,500–$3,000 USD/month Unlimited PTO Remote work with alignment to CST hours
