Creator Coordinator Function: Creator Sourcing | Influencer & UGC Partnerships | Creator Operations Reports to: Creator Operations Lead Location: Remote Job Type: Full-Time, Contractor Seniority Level: Entry–Mid Level Fee: $2,000 – $2,500 USD *Please submit either a valid portfolio or your social handles for your application to be reviewed by the team* The Role: We’re looking for a Creator Coordinator to join one of the UK’s leading agencies and become the driving force behind our creator sourcing operation. This role is responsible for building and managing a consistent pipeline of high-quality UGC creators across multiple client accounts. You’ll identify new creator talent, vet creators against our internal quality standards, coordinate creator onboarding, build relationships and ensure our wider team always has access to the right creators for every campaign. Comprehensive training will be provided across all aspects of the role, including our creator sourcing processes, internal systems and creator ecosystem. Launch UGC creator casting calls across in our creator community. Source externally on social media platforms to build a consistent pipeline of high-quality creators. Source and identify creators that align with each client’s brand, audience and campaign objectives. Vet and review UGC creators based on content quality, performance, audience fit and brand suitability to ensure only the strongest creators are recommended. Maintain a curated, engaged creator network, ensuring all creators are contractually bound and compliant before any assignment begins. Execute multi-platform creator outreach using tools including TikTok Creator Marketplace, Insense, X (formerly Twitter) and other relevant sourcing platforms. Coordinate creator communications throughout the onboarding process, acting as a professional point of contact. Support the wider team with administrative tasks, campaign coordination and creator operations. Continuously identify opportunities to improve creator sourcing processes and expand the quality and scale of our creator network. Act as an external ambassador for the agency in all creator-facing interactions, representing the agency with professionalism, empathy, and clarity. Strong creator relationships protect the agency's reputation, drive long-term partnerships, and reduce the risk of negative sentiment. Maintain strong relationships internally and externally. Who You Are: We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive and excited by the world of creator marketing. You don’t need years of experience-we’re looking for potential, curiosity and a willingness to learn. You’ll ideally have: 1+ years’ experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, social media, affiliate marketing or a related field. A Strong understanding of social media (Meta, TikTok etc) and creator culture Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Strong written communication and relationship-building skills. Confidence in managing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously. A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership. The ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment. A genuine interest in eCommerce, content creation and creator marketing. Empathy, with a genuine ability to understand creator and client needs. Creative thinking, with the ability to spot fresh ideas and creator talent. Critical thinking, to evaluate creator quality and campaign fit with sound judgement. Experience using TikTok Creator Marketplace and Meta Creator Marketplace. Experience sourcing UGC creators or influencers. Success in the first 6 months: Built a reliable pipeline of high-quality creators across multiple industries. Own creator briefing from start to finish. Become a trusted partner to our team for creator sourcing and coordination. Helped launch successful creator campaigns that generate measurable commercial results. Build strong relationships with creators that lead to repeat collaborations and long-term partnerships.
