Creator (Event Concept Developer)

📍 Location: Remote. European time zone (CET ±2 hours).

• At least 2 years of experience in corporate events, experiential marketing, or advertising.
• You understand client briefs and know how to translate business objectives into creative concepts.

• Strong awareness of global trends, emerging formats, and inspiring projects in the event industry and related creative fields.
• A genuine passion for discovering fresh ideas and innovative experiences.

• Russian – Professional proficiency.
• English – B2 level or above (to work with an international team, English-language briefs, and research).
• Serbian – Preferred.

• Confident user of presentation and design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Canva, PowerPoint, or similar.
• Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to present ideas in a compelling and engaging way.
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Claude, and similar platforms for concept development, visual generation, and content creation.

• Proactive mindset.
• Ability to confidently present and defend your ideas.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Develop creative event concepts for clients.
• Play a key role in tenders, from the initial idea through to the final presentation.
• Brief designers and collaborate closely throughout the creative process.
• Prepare presentation structures and visual references for the design team.
• Initiate and facilitate internal brainstorming sessions.
• Generate creative solutions throughout the lifecycle of ongoing projects.
• Present and pitch creative concepts to clients.
