Creator Marketing Coordinator

The Creator Marketing Coordinator is the operational backbone of the Foxtel Group’s creator ecosystem. In this role, you will keep our creator engine running day-to-day, coordinating logistics, managing content pipelines, handling contracts, and pulling together the reporting that ensures our group campaigns and Club Kayo activations execute without a hitch. Reporting to the Creator Marketing Lead, you will work closely with our creator agency (Fabulate) and internal brand teams. Where others own the strategy, you make sure the machinery behind it never stalls. This is a fantastic entry point into the sports and creator marketing industry for someone who is deeply online, highly organized, and eager to learn the operational side of building a best-in-class creator program from the ground up. Key Responsibilities Performance Campaign Support: Coordinate logistics for creator campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels. Manage scheduling, briefing, and asset handovers to ensure deadlines are met without last-minute scrambles. Club Kayo Activations: Support creator squad activity, content formats, and logistics for creator access opportunities, events, and experiences across priority sporting codes. Keep creator databases and squad rosters current. Creator Operations & Content Pipeline: Act as the day-to-day coordinator between our agency (Fabulate), internal teams, and creators. Review draft creator content swiftly for quality, brand alignment, and tone prior to publication. Contracts & Administration: Manage the logistics of creator contracts and associated paperwork—raising, tracking, filing, and chasing approvals and signatures to keep the pipeline moving. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain team documents, WIP trackers, and project timelines. Build and update campaign dashboards covering subscriptions, engagement, reach, and revenue to support performance analysis. About your experience Industry Exposure: 1–2 years of experience working within social media or the creator ecosystem is advantageous, but not mandatory. We are highly interested in candidates eager to build a career in this space. Platform & Media Knowledge: An understanding of paid media in social, and how it connects to organic and creator activity. Familiarity with organic social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, Pinterest, X) and their native business suites. Organizational Excellence: Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to juggle multiple stakeholders, tight deadlines, and moving parts simultaneously. Systems & Tools: Comfortable working across productivity tools and spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets, project management platforms) to keep tasks visible and organized. Passion for Sport & Entertainment: A genuine, unparalleled passion for sport, entertainment, and the creator economy. Communication Skills: Clear, confident written and verbal communication, with the ability to liaise professionally with creators, agencies, and internal corporate stakeholders.
