Moov is a fast-growing D2C wellness and movement brand, founded in 2024, with customers across the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. We’re still early, but momentum is building fast. Every month, dozens of creators produce content that inspires thousands of people to build healthier routines at home.
We're looking for a
Creator Partnerships Manager
to own and scale that creator ecosystem.
You'll build a high-performing creator operation that consistently produces content that converts.

🔧 What You’ll Own
You'll own our UGC creator program from end to end, helping build a reliable, high-performing network of creators across Europe.
Your responsibilities include:
Recruit, onboard, and manage UGC creators across Europe, with an initial focus on the Benelux and DACH markets.
Build long-term relationships with high-performing creators and grow a strong creator community.
Develop clear, conversion-focused briefs together with our Creative Strategists.
Manage creator communication, planning, timelines, and content deliveries.
Review submitted content, provide actionable feedback, and coordinate revisions.
Work closely with Creative Strategists and Media Buyers to continuously improve creative concepts and performance.
Analyze creator and content performance to identify winning patterns and scale what works.
Manage and optimize our creator operations in Airtable, ClickUp, and other internal systems.
Continuously improve creator playbooks, workflows, reporting, and operational processes.
🧠 What You Bring
You're proactive, highly organized, and genuinely enjoy building relationships with creators. You combine strong communication skills with a structured, performance-driven mindset.
Ideally, you have:
2+ years of experience in UGC, influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or creator management.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong project management and organizational abilities.
Experience managing multiple creators and projects simultaneously.
Experience working with tools such as Airtable, ClickUp, Notion, or similar platforms.
An analytical mindset—you enjoy using data to improve creative performance.
Excellent English communication skills.
Dutch and/or German
is required.
A strong interest in performance marketing and creative testing.
Nice to have
Experience at a DTC or e-commerce brand.
Experience managing 50+ creators simultaneously.
Familiarity with Meta Ads/ TikTok Ads and performance creative.
Experience building scalable creator operations or systems.

This is a build role, not a maintenance role.
You'll help build and scale our creator operation from the ground up—recruiting creators, improving processes, solving problems, and keeping content production running smoothly.
Some days you'll be analyzing performance and improving strategy. Others you'll be chasing deadlines, giving feedback, and keeping creators on track.
