Creator Relations & Partnerships Manager (m/f/x)

The Position TikFinity grows through the creators who use it and recommend it. This role sits in our marketing team and is about building and running those relationships, with creators across the EU, the US, and DACH. You find and partner with content creators, mostly on TikTok, who put TikFinity in front of their audience, and you structure the deals that make those partnerships work, from fixed fees to affiliate models depending on the creator. Over time this can extend to creators on other platforms and to B2B partnerships. Early on, the focus is squarely on creator management: finding the right creators, getting them on board, and keeping the partnerships productive. Alongside that, you stay close to the community. You show up in livestreams, talk to streamers and agencies, and bring their feedback back in a form the team can act on. And you plan and run events that bring us closer to the creators and agencies we work with. We work AI-first. You use Claude in your day-to-day to manage more partnerships, prepare feedback, and move faster. Duties Build and manage creator partnerships, mostly with TikTok content creators across the EU, US, and DACH Find, pitch, and onboard the right creators to partner with TikFinity Structure and negotiate partnership deals, from fixed fees to affiliate models Keep creator relationships productive day to day Run community management: join livestreams, talk to streamers and agencies, gather feedback and prepare it for the team Plan and run events that build closer relationships with creators and agencies Extend partnerships over time to other platforms and B2B where it fits Division Requirements Experience in creator relations, influencer marketing, partnerships, or a similar creator-facing role A real feel for the creator and streaming economy, especially TikTok A hands-on, operational way of working: you get things done in the day-to-day, not in slide decks Persistence and follow-through, including when the work gets repetitive Comfortable reaching out to creators, pitching, and negotiating deals You use Claude in your day-to-day and know how to get real work done with it. This is a must; we work AI-first Organized enough to plan and run events end to end Fluent English, written and spoken Based in Germany or Austria, or a comparable time zone Great to have Experience running events or meetups Experience working with creators across the EU, US, and DACH markets German language skills (part of the team and community works in German) What we offer We work fully remote with flexible hours, on equal footing, in a diverse international team. You own the creator side of TikFinity's marketing, from partnerships to community and events, with short paths to decisions. The salary is competitive; details below. Compensation Gross salary for this role ranges from €40,000 to €55,000 per year (full-time). For roles based in Austria, this is an all-in contract. Depending on country and type of employment, we are open to negotiate.
