Job Description Job Description Job Summary The Credentialing Analyst, Labor Disruption is responsible for helping Clinicians acquire licensures through our concierge partnership with the Board of Nursing. The Analyst I, will maintain high standards of accountability and operate on the principles of a High-Reliability Organization to achieve safety, quality, and efficiency goals. Job Responsibilities Acquires and maintains relevant compliance documentation for Healthcare Provider candidates on assignment by partnering with internal sales and clinical teams, and reinforcing Joint Commission, Federal, State, and AMN mandates to achieve compliance for a timely start date. Receives, reviews, and delivers multiple applications for California licensure to the Board of Nursing. Builds relationships with external customers and clinicians. Communicates timely updates of Healthcare Professionals' document status with all internal collaborators via the data platform system, email, phone, etc. to facilitate a team approach to capturing all required documents. Coordinates with third-party vendors to resolve appropriate dates, times, and locations for Healthcare Professional candidates to complete vital compliance steps including drug screens, background checks, immunizations, etc. Facilitates QuickBooks (QB) process by collaborating with Account Managers, Recruiters, and the Housing department to determine reasonable start dates. Consults clients on Credentialing standard processes by making recommendations on requirements expectations and realistic start dates to streamline submission and placement processes to increase the fill rate of qualified Healthcare Professionals. Maintains up-to-date and accurate facility database including updated contact information, new requirements, and client correspondence by following up regularly with clients to optimize service coverage and prevent gaps in service delivery. Researches new requirements (by The Joint Commission, OSHA, and others) that may impact the industry and presents proposals to leadership that clarify appropriate action plans that will address the requirements with the least resources and expense. Qualifications Education & Years of Experience High School Diploma/GED plus 2-5 years of work experience Additional Experience Customer Service Experience Healthcare Industry Experience Work Environment / Physical Requirements Work is performed in an office/home office environment.
