What we’re about Harrison.ai Services, in partnership with Frontier Radiology, is redefining how radiology is delivered by combining leading Radiologists with cutting-edge AI infrastructure to provide consistent, high-quality diagnostic imaging for hospitals, health systems, and their patients. As a management services organization, we don’t just deliver reads, we build the intelligent, scalable infrastructure that empowers radiologists and healthcare providers to thrive together, as part of Harrison.ai’s broader mission to transform global healthcare through AI-driven solutions. And we’re just getting started. About Your Role The Credentialing Coordinator supports the Credentialing, Licensing & Privileging Manager in ensuring that all radiologists maintain active, compliant state medical licenses, hospital/facility privileges, and payer enrollments necessary to provide teleradiology services without interruption. This role is detail-oriented and deadline-driven, requiring the coordinator to track hundreds of moving credentialing items across multiple states and client facilities simultaneously, escalate risks before they become service gaps, and maintain audit-ready documentation at all times. This is a support/coordination role — the Coordinator executes day-to-day credentialing tasks, data entry, and follow-up, while the Manager sets strategy, handles complex or escalated cases, and owns final sign-off on privileging decisions. What You'll Do: Prepare, submit, and track new state medical license applications and renewals for radiologists across multiple state medical boards Monitor license expiration dates and initiate renewals within required lead times to prevent lapses Maintain accurate records of license numbers, restrictions by state Assist with initial appointment and reappointment applications for hospital/facility medical staff privileges Compile and submit required documentation (CV, malpractice insurance certificates, references, case logs, health statements) to client facilities Track privileging timelines and escalate delays to the Credentialing, Licensing & Privileging Manager to keep applications moving Conduct or coordinate primary source verification of education, training, board certification, licensure, and work history Support payer enrollment and CAQH profile maintenance/attestation on behalf of providers Query and document results from NPDB, OIG/SAM exclusion lists, and other required databases Maintain credentialing files and databases with current, accurate provider data Generate expiration/renewal reports and dashboards for the Manager; flag upcoming expirations proactively Ensure all files are audit-ready and compliant with NCQA, URAC, Joint Commission, and client-specific standards Provide regular status updates to the Credentialing Manager and flag delays or compliance risks Stay current on state-specific licensing requirements and interstate licensure processes (e.g., IMLC) Support internal and external credentialing audits by pulling documentation on request Follow all HIPAA and confidentiality requirements when handling provider data What You'll Bring: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred 1–3 years of experience in credentialing, medical staff services, licensing, or healthcare administration Strong organizational skills with proven ability to manage a high volume of deadlines simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and comfort with repetitive, precision-based data work Nice to have skills and characteristics: Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) or working toward certification Experience with multi-state licensing, telemedicine/teleradiology, or locum tenens credentialing Familiarity with the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC), CAQH, NPDB, and payer enrollment processes Why join us? 🌍 Innovate for Global Good.
