Creole Case Manager for Law Firm

About the Role

A Florida-based Personal Injury law firm is seeking an experienced Haitian Creole-Speaking Case Manager to join its team remotely.

This position is ideal for someone who has experience supporting a U.S. Personal Injury practice, communicates confidently with clients, and can manage cases from intake through the pre-litigation process.

The Case Manager will serve as an important point of contact for Haitian Creole-speaking clients while working closely with attorneys, medical providers, insurance companies, and other members of the legal team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Personal Injury cases throughout the pre-litigation process
• Communicate regularly with clients and provide case updates
• Assist Haitian Creole-speaking clients and ensure clear communication throughout their cases
• Request, organize, and follow up on medical records and bills
• Communicate with medical providers, insurance adjusters, and other third parties
• Track treatment status, case deadlines, and outstanding documentation
• Maintain accurate and updated case files in the firm's case management system
• Assist with Letters of Representation, insurance documentation, and case-related correspondence
• Support attorneys and legal staff with case preparation and follow-ups
• Maintain excellent organization and consistent client communication

Requirements

• Fluency in Haitian Creole and English — required
• Previous experience working with a U.S. Personal Injury law firm strongly preferred
• Experience with pre-litigation Personal Injury case management
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Excellent client service and follow-up skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities simultaneously
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Experience with legal case management software is a plus
