CRM & Database Management Specialist

Location: Remote, Egypt

Pay: $3 USD/hour, paid in EGP

Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a CRM & Database Management Specialist to help set up, organize, and manage our Constant Contact CRM and lead database.

Responsibilities

• Set up and organize Constant Contact CRM
• Manage contacts, companies, opportunities, tags, lists, and custom fields
• Build and maintain sales pipelines and follow-up processes
• Set up CRM automations, tasks, reminders, and workflows
• Clean databases, remove duplicates, and maintain data accuracy
• Segment and enrich lead/contact databases
• Track leads, meetings, notes, and communication history
• Create reports and monitor CRM performance
• Document processes and train internal team members on proper CRM usage

Requirements

• Previous CRM management or administration experience
• Experience with Constant Contact Lead Gen & CRM preferred
• Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar CRMs is valuable
• Strong understanding of CRM workflows, pipelines, automation, and database management
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Fluent English
• Comfortable learning new systems and solving problems independently
• Reliable computer, internet connection, and quiet work environment

This is not primarily an email marketing position. We are looking for someone who understands how to build and maintain a CRM as a complete relationship, lead, and business-development system.
