We have expertise in iGaming operations (sports betting, online casino), digital and affiliate marketing, tech solutions, and data analytics. Job Description: Set up, launch, and optimize CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push, messengers, and in-app channels; Manage promotional, trigger-based, automated, and one-time communication flows; Create and maintain a promo calendar for campaigns, bonuses, and customer communications; Configure and launch bonus and promo mechanics for different user segments; Work with audience segmentation, cohorts, and user groups; Conduct A/B testing, validate hypotheses, and scale successful solutions; Monitor key CRM metrics: engagement, deliverability, conversion, retention, and reactivation; Work with Tableau, Power BI, internal dashboards, and business metrics to analyze campaign performance; Collaborate closely with analytics, product, content, design, support, and marketing teams. Qualifications: 6+ months of experience as a CRM Manager in the iGaming industry, preferably in casino and/or sports betting; Hands-on experience with CRM campaigns, from welcome flows to retention and reactivation; Practical experience with CRM platforms such as GR8, Smartico, Salesforce, or similar tools; Strong analytical skills and experience working with Tableau, Power BI, dashboards, and CRM/business metrics; Understanding of customer segmentation, A/B testing, bonus mechanics, and engagement metrics; Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment; Detail-oriented, organized, flexible, and ready to adapt to changing priorities.
