CRM Manager – iGaming / Crypto | Remote

About the Role

Inferno Partners is looking for an experienced CRM Manager with a strong background in iGaming and crypto-focused environments.

You will lead the CRM and player lifecycle strategy for an international iGaming operation, transforming player data into targeted campaigns that improve engagement, retention, deposit frequency, and lifetime value.

This is a hands-on role covering segmentation, campaign execution, automation, bonuses, promotions, and performance analysis.

Previous CRM experience in iGaming, online casino, sportsbook, or crypto gaming is required.

What You Will Do

• Develop and execute CRM strategies across the complete player lifecycle.
• Create targeted campaigns for onboarding, first deposit, retention, reactivation, cross-sell, and churn prevention.
• Segment players based on behavior, value, activity, deposit history, preferred currency, game preferences, and lifecycle stage.
• Plan and launch multichannel campaigns through email, SMS, push notifications, and onsite messaging.
• Build automated journeys, behavioral triggers, and personalized communication flows.
• Coordinate casino promotions, bonuses, tournaments, free spins, cashback, and loyalty initiatives.
• Develop campaigns adapted to both fiat and cryptocurrency players.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize targeting, content, timing, and promotional offers.
• Track key metrics, including retention, reactivation, conversion, deposit frequency, NGR, LTV, churn, and bonus cost.
• Work closely with Casino, VIP, Customer Support, Design, Product, and Acquisition teams.
• Prepare regular performance reports and translate player data into actionable recommendations.
• Ensure CRM communications comply with applicable regulations and responsible gaming requirements.

What We Are Looking For

• At least 3 years of CRM experience within iGaming, online casino, sportsbook, or crypto gaming.
• Practical experience working with crypto-oriented players, brands, or gambling products.
• Strong understanding of player lifecycles, retention mechanics, and promotional strategies.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, automation tools, and campaign management systems.
• Strong knowledge of player segmentation, personalization, and triggered communication.
• Experience managing email, SMS, push notification, and onsite campaigns.
• Understanding of fiat and cryptocurrency deposit behavior.
• Knowledge of casino bonuses, wagering requirements, player value, and bonus efficiency.
• Ability to analyze CRM performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Commercial mindset focused on player value and sustainable revenue growth.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Optimove, Fast Track, Smartico, Xtremepush, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar platforms.
• Experience managing CRM campaigns across multiple GEOs.
• Knowledge of VIP management, loyalty programs, or sportsbook CRM.
• Experience with BI and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with crypto wallets, blockchain-based payment journeys, and crypto player acquisition or retention.
