CRM Operations Specialist

City: Belgrade

Role Summary:

The CRM Operations Specialist is responsible for implementing, managing, and optimizing CRM campaigns across various platforms and communication channels, including email, SMS, push notifications, and other channels. The role focuses on the execution of CRM strategies, customer segmentation, and personalized communication to increase customer engagement, retention, and customer lifetime value throughout the customer lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and execute CRM campaigns across various channels and platforms.
• Create and continuously improve customer segments and apply personalized communication based on customer attributes and behavior.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Execute campaigns focused on customer acquisition, activation, retention, and reactivation.
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports and analyses on CRM activities and customer behavior.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, BI, and other teams to improve campaign performance and the overall customer experience.
• Coordinate CRM activities and monitor campaign execution, deadlines, and established priorities.

Qualifications:

• Completed 3- or 4-year secondary education in economics, law, administration, or another relevant field.
• Advanced computer skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
