Role Description The CRM Pharmacist is a part-time remote role responsible for reviewing and validating medical and pharmaceutical content within customer relationship management (CRM) systems to ensure clinical accuracy and regulatory compliance. Day-to-day tasks include verifying drug information, indications, contraindications, and dosing in marketing campaigns and patient communications, as well as aligning all materials with ethical and legal standards. The role involves collaborating with marketing, CRM, and medical teams to design and refine targeted communication flows, improve patient education materials, and ensure appropriate use of medical terminology. The CRM Pharmacist will also monitor campaign performance from a clinical perspective, recommend content adjustments, and contribute to protocols that safeguard patient safety and data integrity. Regular documentation and participation in remote meetings are required to maintain consistent quality across all digital initiatives.
Qualifications

• Strong clinical pharmacy knowledge, including drug therapy management, medication safety, and understanding of treatment guidelines.
• Experience with CRM tools or healthcare information systems, and familiarity with workflow design for patient or provider communications.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, ethical marketing standards, and compliance requirements relevant to pharmaceutical and medical communications.
• Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex medical information into clear, accurate, and patient-friendly language.
• Detail-oriented mindset, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to review large volumes of data and content with high accuracy.
• Comfort working remotely, with good time management, self-organization, and collaboration skills in virtual teams.
• Licensed pharmacist or equivalent professional qualification; prior experience in medical affairs, pharmacovigilance, or medical marketing is an advantage.
• Proficiency in standard office and collaboration software; experience with digital marketing or healthcare communication platforms is beneficial.
