About the Role
As a Product Owner CRM, you will play a key role in shaping and optimizing the company's global CRM landscape. Working closely with the Global CRM Lead, you will combine Product Ownership and Project Management responsibilities to drive CRM initiatives from concept through successful implementation. As part of an international team, including colleagues based in Germany, you will collaborate with business stakeholders, development teams, and external partners to ensure CRM solutions align with business objectives, deliver measurable value, and support the organization's growth strategy.

Qualifications and Experience
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, CRM Specialist, or in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience working with CRM platforms, preferably in an international or global business environment
- Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum and managing product backlogs
- Demonstrated ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional solutions
- Experience defining product roadmaps and prioritizing initiatives based on business value
- Proven experience managing stakeholders across business and technical functions
- Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or other enterprise CRM solutions
- Fluent in German and English
- Experience translating CRM strategy into functional and technical requirements
- Knowledge of sales, marketing, customer service, or customer engagement processes
- Experience working with global teams and external vendors
