About The Role
As a CRM Project Manager, you will play a key role in driving the successful rollout, adoption, and continuous improvement of our CRM solution across Europe. Working as part of an international CRM team, including colleagues based in Germany, you will lead CRM implementation projects, coordinate change management activities, and support business users throughout the adoption journey. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, the Global CRM team, and external partners to ensure successful project delivery, high user engagement, and alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications and Experience
- 3+ years of experience in Project Management, CRM Implementations, Change Management, or a related role
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economic Informatics, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field
- Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
- Proven experience in planning, coordinating, and delivering CRM rollout or implementation projects across multiple countries
- Experience driving change management initiatives and supporting user adoption programs
- Experience organizing and delivering user training sessions, workshops, or enablement activities
- Ability to gather and act on user feedback to improve adoption and system usage
- Stakeholder management experience, including collaboration with business users, project teams, and external partners
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or comparable solutions
- Experience managing ticket handling, user support, or application support processes during and after rollout
- Knowledge of Change Management methodologies and user adoption best practices
- Relevant certifications in Project Management, Agile, Scrum, or Change Management
- Experience working with global teams and external vendors
