CRM Strategist

Our consulting agency client is seeking a CRM Strategist for a 12+ month remote contract (40 hrs/week). Rate: up to $60/hr T4.

Must-Haves:

• Pharma/Life Sciences experience
• Product/brand launch experience
• CRM, lifecycle or digital marketing background
• Audience segmentation & customer journey strategy
• Campaign orchestration & marketing automation
• Strong stakeholder management

What You'll Do:

• Build and execute multi-channel CRM campaigns
• Develop audience segmentation and personalization strategies
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize results
• Define KPIs and measure effectiveness
• Partner with creative, analytics, technology, media, and client teams
• Support product launches and go-to-market initiatives

Qualifications:

• 5-10+ years in CRM, lifecycle marketing, digital marketing, or marketing strategy
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce CRM, Adobe Experience Cloud, and/or Microsoft Dynamics
• Strong understanding of customer data, personalization, and campaign execution
• Excellent communication and consulting skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
