What you'll be doing Collaborate with the team and other departments to brainstorm and build impactful, targeted email campaigns. Create compelling copy in English (Arabic would be a plus) for newsletters/sms/push/whatsapp, ensuring consistent tone of voice and brand language. Use Salesforce Marketing Cloud to design and send newsletters, ensure accuracy and quality by maintaining a vigilant eye for detail. Support in tracking the performance of CRM campaigns, analyzing metrics, and providing actionable insights to improve future communications. Integrate seamless omnichannel experience by visiting store and keeping close contact with retail team What you’ll need to succeed Bachelors Degree in Business Management, Communications, etc Creative thinker with excellent communication skills.
