As a Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how millions of customers interact with our digital channels. Leading the optimisation agenda across web, app, booking and outbound channels, you’ll build a culture of experimentation, champion data-led decision making, and drive measurable improvements in customer experience and commercial performance. As a CRO Manager, you will… Define and deliver the CRO strategy across web, app, booking and outbound channels, aligning optimisation activity with business growth objectives. Build and embed a robust experimentation framework, ensuring testing is data-driven, statistically sound and commercially focused. Use customer insights, behavioural analytics and journey analysis to identify opportunities that improve conversion and reduce friction. Partner with Product, Marketing, UX, Engineering and Analytics teams to optimise customer journeys and maximise channel performance. Track, measure and report on optimisation performance, using insights to influence future priorities and drive continuous improvement. What you’ll bring… Proven experience leading conversion rate optimisation and experimentation programmes within a digital, eCommerce, retail or hospitality environment. Strong expertise in A/B testing, multivariate testing, personalisation and customer journey optimisation. Experience analysing customer behaviour, funnel performance and digital experience data to drive measurable outcomes. Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple teams and disciplines. A curious, analytical and customer-focused mindset, with a passion for continuous improvement and evidence-based decision making.
