Croatian Heritage Services & Cultural Experiences Coordinator (M/F/D) (60-100%)

📍 Croatia or Switzerland 🌍 On-site / Remote / Hybrid (depending on location) At Salona Consulting, we help descendants of Croatians reconnect with their Croatian heritage through citizenship by descent. Over the years, we have realized that our clients are not only searching for citizenship. They are searching for connection, identity, belonging, family history, and a deeper relationship with Croatia. As we continue expanding our services beyond citizenship, we are looking for a Heritage Services & Cultural Experiences Coordinator to help us develop and organize a new area of the company focused on Croatian heritage, culture, and reconnection experiences. This is a highly creative and strategic role ideal for someone passionate about Croatia, diaspora communities, heritage, culture, storytelling, and meaningful client experiences. Your Responsibilities • Help develop and organize Salona’s Croatian Heritage Services • Coordinate personalized heritage and ancestral village experiences in Croatia • Research and build relationships with local partners, guides, translators, genealogists, and regional contacts • Assist with organizing family heritage visits and Croatia reconnection experiences • Help structure cultural, historical, and educational experiences for clients • Coordinate and help develop introductory Croatia-related courses and educational materials • Assist with developing Croatian culture, history, heritage, and beginner language learning initiatives for diaspora communities • Help create and organize workshops, webinars, or online educational content related to Croatia and Croatian heritage • Support the long-term development of this new area of the company together with management What We’re Looking For • Strong interest in Croatian heritage, culture, history, and diaspora communities • Excellent organizational and coordination skills • Fluent English and Croatian required • Portuguese and/or Spanish preferred • Comfortable working independently and building new initiatives from the ground up • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Creative, proactive, and culturally sensitive mindset • Experience in tourism, cultural organizations, education, genealogy, events, hospitality, or project coordination is a plus • Passion for creating meaningful and personalized experiences What We Offer • Opportunity to help shape a completely new area of the company • Flexible and dynamic work environment • International and mission-driven company culture • Meaningful work helping people reconnect with their roots and heritage • High level of ownership and creative input • Opportunity to grow together with a fast-growing international company At Salona Consulting, we believe reconnecting with Croatia goes far beyond paperwork.
