Banker's Lounge Academy is a 16-year-old financial training institution based in Cairo, Egypt. We've trained 80,000+ graduates, 70% of whom work inside banks, and we run corporate training programs across 15 governorates in Egypt. Founded by Dr. Emad Kattara, we're now expanding into digital assets, building on our institutional roots rather than starting from zero.
We're hiring a Crypto Payments & Stablecoin Specialist who has real, hands-on experience building or operating in the stablecoin and crypto payments space — not someone who's read about it. You've worked with stablecoin issuance, cross-border settlement rails, on/off-ramp infrastructure, or payment products built on crypto rails. You understand how stablecoins actually move money at scale, where the regulatory lines are (HKMA, MAS, or equivalent frameworks), and where the real friction points are for banks trying to adopt this technology.
Your job will be to bring that operational experience into practical, applied content for banking professionals and students — helping them understand how crypto payments and stablecoins actually work inside real financial infrastructure, not just in theory. All case studies and examples run on demo/testnet environments or anonymized data. We never require exposure of proprietary payment flows or confidential client infrastructure.
Format: Remote, full-time. Hybrid content delivery (pre-recorded modules + live sessions), with live sessions scheduled to bridge Hong Kong and Cairo time zones.
