Banker's Lounge Academy is a 16-year-old financial training institution based in Cairo, Egypt. We've trained 80,000+ graduates, 70% of whom work inside banks, and we run corporate training programs across 15 governorates in Egypt. Founded by Dr. Emad Kattara, we're now expanding into digital assets, building on our institutional roots rather than starting from zero.

We're hiring a Crypto Trading & Market Education Lead who has a real, proven trading track record — not someone who's studied strategies from the sidelines. You've traded crypto markets professionally or semi-professionally, built and tested your own strategies, and understand what actually moves retail and institutional markets, from technical setups to risk management to market psychology. You know the difference between a strategy that sounds good and one that actually works over time.

Your job will be to bring that trading experience into practical, applied content for banking professionals and students — helping them understand how crypto markets actually work, from a trader's real perspective. All demos and case studies run on testnet/demo wallets or fully anonymized data. We never require exposure of a personal wallet, live capital, or on-chain activity involving real funds.

Format: Remote, full-time. Hybrid content delivery (pre-recorded modules + live sessions), with live sessions scheduled to bridge Central European time and Cairo time.
