Sure, our solutions sound complex but our mission is simple: make receipts easy for everyone. 💼 The Role As our CS E-Invoicing Expert at fiskaly, you'll be the go-to authority on e-invoicing across all of our markets. You'll lead and support customer-facing pre-sales conversations with deep subject-matter expertise, enable and train the internal CS team, and turn fast-moving regulatory complexity into clear, usable knowledge. You operate comfortably across breadth and depth — fluent in the differences between Peppol, EN16931, and country-specific mandates, while staying close enough to each market to know what actually trips customers up at go-live. You're also genuinely AI-native: you use AI tools daily to research, draft, and produce content, and you critically validate what they give you rather than taking output at face value. You'll act as a bridge between Sales, CS, and our customers in a highly regulated environment where staying current is the job. 🛠️ What You'll Do Act as the subject-matter expert for e-invoicing across all fiskaly markets , leading and supporting customer-facing pre-sales conversations Monitor and interpret regulatory changes across European markets , and translate them into practical guidance for customers and the internal team Enable and train the CS team on e-invoicing topics, and document knowledge into articles, guides, and training materials Create and review AI-assisted content and videos for multiple countries, validating accuracy before it ships Answer internal knowledge questions and serve as the first point of escalation for complex e-invoicing scenarios Use AI tools ( Claude for research and drafting, Trupeer.AI for video, Make.com for automation, Confluence for knowledge management) as a core part of your daily workflow 👀 What You Bring 3–5+ years in e-invoicing, fiscalization, or tax compliance (must-have) Proven experience in customer-facing or consulting roles Working knowledge of frameworks like Peppol, EN16931 , and country-specific e-invoicing mandates, and how they differ in practice Fluent English (German a strong plus); comfortable communicating with both technical and non-technical audiences An active AI user who critically validates output — you reach for AI tools by default, not occasionally Based in Austria, or open to working remotely within the EU Bonus: hands-on experience with content or video creation, or with automation tools ✅ What We Offer We're building products that matter, and we know that takes focus, trust, and the right environment.
